If a new hybrid rav4 is $35k and lasts 200k+ miles, 5k for that car is ok if you need a car today and have a backup car, because all the surprise mechanical issues will emerges towards the end of a cars life. Something like cabin noise is very subjective. If your coming from a more luxury vehicle that has great sound dampening then it will sound loud asf, but actually be normal. And vice versa.
