It also has a high APR, which is not ideal. It doesn't have any annual fee, but the interest rate is very high.

You need to be aware of it, but it isn't necessarily bad since the alternative is simply no promotional rate. And just to be clear, the new interest rate is higher than at the time of the review but other's rates have increased too.
