Caution and restraint is due here because you can push the engine too hard, and float the valve springs, throw rods, etc. which is bad. Remove the Gas Tank to get to the Governor.On the Predator 212 engines, it is set to limit the engine to 3600 RPMs. Taking out the governor will not give you more "power". It will only allow the engine to run more RPMs. Since on a minibike, the engine RPMs are directly related to top speed of the bike, running the engine faster will make the bike faster.
