The faster the growth the faster you will get seeds. So to break it down like the other comment : Make a 3x3 with farmland. Pedestal in the middle with fertiliser base. You don't get extra seeds from normal farmland, or red fertilized farmland. You can only get those from botany pots or planting the seeds on Mystical Agriculture farmland. The higher tier farmland you use, the greater chance you have of getting excess drops.9x9 farmland (of same tier as seed except inferium) with water logged harvester pylon in the middle. Place a 1x1 drawer on top of the harvester pylon for storage and an AllTheModium hoe in there for harvesting. I also recommend adding some copper upgrades to the drawer for increased storage capacity.
