If the bolt is completely compressing the spring and slamming into the back of the receiver, then the buffer will soften the blow and protect the firearm. I have never seen a Sub2K recoil spring in 9 or 40, that was too weak for any factory load.

Does anyone have an opinion (Good or Bad) about the mag holder that Kel-Tec makes to attach to the bottom rear of the Sub-2000 stock? I lilke the idea of having an extra mag on the gun, but don't know how functional or durable the holder is.
