personally I love maya I prefer skills that dont dominate my playstyle (like krieg), and I get bored of summom skills like turrets after a playthrough If you dont like Anarchy then I wouldnt go with gaige at all, with 72 skills points and not wanting an entire tree of hers you will run out of fun builds to try, also, deathtrap itself falls off late game, being used mainly as a distraction ...

My recommendation for your build is when you get to level 50 and get your hands on your legendary class mod you put at least 1 point in 5 skills it builds so you have 6/5 in a least 5 of your 1rst level skills out of the six available. Anarchy is defintely the most useful tree in UVHM. Out of the other two, BFF is still beneficial whereas LBT really doesn't help all that much. Try to use elemental weapons. Fire for humans and animals. Shock for shielded targets, Corrosive for robots and armored targets. Explosive works fairly well on everything. You can ignore Slag while you're in Normal mode. Maya is also good with Sniper weapons. Try to find a good Jacobs sniper. Maliwans are good too.Aim at the ground so it ricochets into Terra's eyes, and stand in that special spot behind that rock. No sweat. It is possible, but it is pretty difficult. One way to help out is to damage the tentacles pretty well without killing them, then use them for second winds, though I'm not sure how effective that actually is.Whether you play solo or coop will impact your build choices.
