You can have mgmt count them before you depart to route or take them for a ride to handle in your EOS duties (adds extra time).

A mile at .26 seconds per foot is 22 min 53 sec.At least with the old count, manipulation and all, you could count your parcels on Monday and if your count differed from theirs you could dispute it. You could say, "come over and count these with me and show me how I have the number you just said." Now that is all gone and we are at the complete mercy of whatever they say.
