Both only care about throughout but at least at UPS they take things seriously. Everything at FedEx is treated so carelessly and everything is a joke to them.

UPDATE Received my steam deck. Order placed was on August 29th and received from FedEx on September 7th. Overall still a pretty quick turn around and I had to factor in the weekend and labor day, all which FedEx will not deliver on. It would appear my Deck has been "lost" by FedEx, which is something I've experienced multiple times in the past when something expensive is shipped to me through them. FedEx's shoddy delivery and poor oversight of packages in transit is inexcusable. Steam shouldn't have to eat the costs of FedEx incompetence. Fedex hires convicted felons, they say they don't but they do. I used to work for them. These steam decks can be sold for double their MSRP right now.
