However the Laserlyte was clearly NOT designed to fit the Judge Magnum. With the surgically repaired wrist and the recoil-sensitive factor, I would suggest that you go with something with less recoil than the .45 / .410 Judge. I have one and believe me it has considerably more recoil than my TCP 738 and my PT138.Unfortunately, “The Judge” is engraved onto the right side of the barrel in a font that would look more appropriate in a kindergarten classroom in 1993. At 7 yards the majority of pellets stay on a B-27. At 3 yards it's a nice tidy pattern about the size of a cantaloupe. Although the patterns are of similar size, I can definitely say the longer barrel keeps a tighter group.
