Yesterday I finally cancelled my 1989 Cardigan after having it spend 9 weeks in Ferndale. I won’t go into the terrible practices of UMG as they have already been discussed here, but I went back and forth with them for weeks and it was not pleasant. They agreed to my refund, but the shipping label is still live in Ferndale. This is the first TS cardigan (or merch) I’ve ever bought, and I was really anxious wondering if I had made a mistake after reading everyone’s comments about the poor quality, smell, etc. Mine came fully intact with very little smell.
